1. Acceptance of the Terms

By accessing or using any of our Services you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy. These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you and Dg Developers.

You must be at least the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction to enter into a binding contract. If you use the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms on its behalf.

2. What EXITPLAN is and responsible use

EXITPLAN is an entertainment app that plays recorded sound effects (doorbells, alarms, fire, storm, interference and electrical failures) in order to give you a believable excuse to leave a conversation or end a call.

EXITPLAN's sounds are not real alerts.

They must not be used to simulate an emergency in a public space, to cause alarm or panic among other people, or to deceive emergency services, law enforcement or any authority.

EXITPLAN is not a safety device or an emergency tool, and must not be used as such or replace a real alarm system. You are solely responsible for how you use the app and the context in which you play the sounds. Use that causes public alarm or interferes with emergency services may constitute a legal offense in your jurisdiction.

EXITPLAN is free to download and supported by ads. It also offers an optional paid subscription that removes ads and unlocks additional features; the free version remains fully functional. Purchases are processed by Google Play Billing, as described in our Privacy Policy.

3. Use of the Services

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes, in accordance with these Terms.

When using the Services, you agree not to:

• Use the Services for illegal or unauthorized purposes, or violate applicable laws.
• Copy, modify, distribute, sell or rent any part of the Services.
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code, except where expressly permitted by law.
• Interfere with the operation of the Services or attempt to access them by unauthorized means.

4. User accounts

EXITPLAN requires no registration or user account: it works entirely offline and without identifying you.

If in the future any of our Services required creating an account, you would be responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under it, and you should notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

5. Intellectual property

The Services and all their content, features and functionality (including text, graphics, logos, icons and software) are the property of Dg Developers or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights over the Services to you.

The sound effects included in EXITPLAN are used under licenses that permit their commercial use and distribution. The sounds do not imitate or reproduce third-party ringtones, brands or sound identities.

6. User content

If the Services allow you to create or store content, you retain ownership of that content. As explained in our Privacy Policy, your data is stored locally on your device and not on our servers. You are responsible for the content you generate and for ensuring you have the necessary rights to it.

7. Third-party services and content

The Services may contain links to or integrations with third-party services. We are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of those third parties. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and conditions.

EXITPLAN integrates third-party services to show ads, measure ad campaigns, collect crash reports and process subscriptions — currently Google AdMob, the TikTok for Business SDK, Firebase Crashlytics and Google Play Billing. Details of what data each one handles are set out in our Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free.

In particular, we do not guarantee that a sound will play at a given moment or at a given volume: audio playback depends on your device, its configuration and the operating system. You must not rely on EXITPLAN for any critical situation.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dg Developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Services, or from the consequences of your misuse of EXITPLAN's sounds.

10. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. When we do, we'll revise the "Last updated" date at the top. Continued use of the Services after the changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of them.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time if you breach these Terms. You may also stop using the Services at any time by uninstalling the app.
